Janine Kalagher McGuire has been practicing law in South Florida since 1996. She has worked in many areas of law, including Appellate Practice, Health Care, Medical Malpractice, Professional Liability, Governmental and Administrative Law and Complex Commercial Litigation. Ms. McGuire’s experience in health care law includes managed care, risk management, medical staff/peer review, employment and medical malpractice litigation. Ms. McGuire is a member of Conrad & Scherer’s Appellate Division where she provides appellate and litigation support for the firm’s diverse clientele.
