Partner Bruno L. Di Giulian is a consummate, nationally-recognized litigator with over 50 years experience in civil litigation matters, concentrating on all types of commercial controversies as well as family law disputes. Having spent a portion of his first 30 years in the practice of law representing clients in transactional work, including contractual matters and real estate issues, Mr. Di Giulian has a uniquely broad and diverse background that is well-suited to his current passion for mediating the resolution of cases outside the courtroom.
Bruno L. Di Giulian has been recognized as one of the Best Lawyers in America, as well as being rated by his peers as AV Preeminent ™, a ranking only given to the top 2% of the legal profession via Martindale Hubbell. He is also the recipient of the first annual Professionalism (Lynn Futch) Award presented by the Broward County Bar Association.
His contributions to the Florida State Bar have been numerous, as Mr. Di Giulian has served on many state bar committees including the Grievance Committee where he was both member and Chairman. Bruno Di Giulian has also served as President of the Broward County Bar Association, and he has been a director on the Board of Directors for BankAtlantic, a federal savings bank, since 1985.
Prior to joining Conrad & Scherer, Mr. Di Giulian practiced as a mediator in his own solo law practice for six years, and aside from twelve years where Mr. Di Giulian acted of counsel to Ruden McClosky, P.A. (1994-2006), he ran his own law firm since 1963. During the early 1960s (1960-1963 [full], 1963-1968 [part]), Mr. Di Giulian served as the City Attorney for the City of Pompano Beach, Florida, after beginning his private practice career with the law firm of Coe, Richardson, Broberg of Palm Beach and serving two years (1958-60) as the Research Clerk for Chief Justice Glenn Terrell of the Florida Supreme Court.
Bruno Di Giulian is a member of the Florida Bar Association and the Broward County Bar Association.
