Mr. Frevola’s primary areas of practice are Commercial Litigation, Legal Malpractice Defense and Admiralty Law. He represents clients in a wide range of industries, including telecommunications, software development, real estate development and marinas.  He has significant trial experience in multi-week trials in federal and state courts involving a variety of commercial claims and corporate fiduciary duty cases.  Mr. Frevola has an AV peer-review rating, has been named among Florida Trend’s Legal Elite (the top 1.7 percent of attorneys in the state as nominated by their peers), and has been recognized regularly as one of South Florida Legal Guide’s “Top Lawyers” and as a “Florida Super Lawyer” in Super Lawyer Magazine.

Mr. Frevola’s practice areas also include a Trial Practice spanning the following areas: Business Litigation, Admiralty/Maritime, Business Disputes, Construction, E-Commerce and Technology, and other Professional Liability.

He earned a J.D., magna cum laude, at the University of Miami School of Law (1990) and a B.B.A., magna cum laude, at the University of Miami School of Business (1987). He serves on the Board of Directors of Rocketown, a local youth outreach charity.
