Mr. Jordan Utanski is an Associate in the Firm’s Fort Lauderdale Office. He concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation, class action litigation, securities litigation, and general civil litigation matters.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Utanski litigated high-profile class action lawsuits at a boutique firm in South Florida, where he represented individual and institutional shareholders against publicly-traded companies in federal and state courts across the country. He primarily focused on merger and acquisitions litigation, shareholder derivative suits, and securities fraud class actions. Mr. Utanski also previously gained valuable experience as an intern with the public companies and securities group of a national law firm in Ft. Lauderdale, where he conducted due diligence and reviewed SEC filings for various complex corporate transactions.
In 2011, Mr. Utanski graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Economics with a minor in Mathematics. In 2014, he earned his Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law, where he was a member of the Nova Law Review.
