Steven Osber is a senior partner at Conrad & Scherer’s Fort Lauderdale office, with over 25 years of experience in commercial and business litigation. His practice covers a broad range of cases, from routine litigation matters to highly complex disputes. These include partnership and shareholder conflicts, commercial eviction issues, real estate litigation, and construction-related disputes.

In addition to his deep experience in commercial and construction-related litigation, Steven has handled numerous significant cases. He has represented businesses in sophisticated legal matters through trial and has achieved successful results for his clients. Furthermore, Steven is a valued contributor to the firm’s labor and employment cases. He also serves as outside general counsel, advising businesses on day-to-day legal matters.

Steven’s expansive litigation experience includes more than 100 state and federal jury and non-jury trials. He also has extensive experience in binding arbitration. Additionally, Steven is proficient in appellate cases. He has prepared appellate briefs on various matters, argued before appellate courts, and obtained favorable rulings in courts throughout Florida.
