Conrad & Scherer Welcomes James F. Sposato as Partner

Conrad & Scherer is proud to welcome, Partner, James F. Sposato to our Fort Lauderdale office where is practice will be concentrated on construction litigation, business litigation, estate litigation, and other complex commercial litigation issues. His practice primarily focuses on high exposure insurance defense claims, insurance coverage disputes, construction defect, and other complex commercial matters in state and federal courts throughout Florida. Mr. Sposato represents various construction trades, architects, design professionals, and engineers in complex commercial litigation, including construction claims in property damage subrogation litigation.

Originally from Patchogue, New York, Mr. Sposato began his career practicing law at a prominent insurance defense firm in Brooklyn, New York. Most recently, he was a partner for a Palm Beach County-based firm, where he worked for 18 years. Mr. Sposato earned his Post-Baccalaureate in Arts from Long Island University, where he graduated Cum Laude with Honors; soon after attending the Brooklyn Law School to complete his Juris Doctorate degree in 1999.
