Holland Scholarship Gala Supports Future Attorneys

Conrad & Scherer was proud to sponsor the Holland Scholarship Gala, hosted by the F. Malcolm Cunningham Sr. Bar Association. The event brought together members of the legal community for a night focused on opportunity, recognition, and impact.

Senior Associate Attorney Veronica Hazzard, who serves as President of the organization, helped lead the event and its mission. Her leadership continues to strengthen connections across the legal community in South Florida.

Supporting Law Students at a Critical Stage

The Holland Scholarship Gala delivered meaningful results. During the evening, the association awarded seven scholarships to 3L law students. These scholarships help support students as they transition from law school into the legal profession.

In addition, the event recognized community leaders whose work continues to uplift and strengthen local communities. Their contributions reflect the values that guide the legal profession.

The impact of the evening extended beyond scholarships. Ticket sales and sponsorships will help launch an inaugural bar prep bootcamp for scholarship recipients. This initiative will provide key resources at a critical point in each student’s career.

Bar exam preparation can be one of the most challenging stages of becoming an attorney. Because of that, programs like this play an important role in helping future lawyers succeed.
