Kirk R. vonHilsheimer Promoted to Senior Associate

Conrad & Scherer is proud to announce the promotion of Kirk R. vonHilsheimer to the position of Senior Associate. Kirk has been a valuable member of our Fort Lauderdale office, contributing significantly to our complex commercial litigation practice. His strategic insight, developed over nearly a decade with the firm, makes him an indispensable asset in handling high-stakes legal matters.

Kirk’s journey with Conrad & Scherer began as a Summer Associate, where he quickly distinguished himself through his dedication and hands-on approach to learning from our seasoned trial lawyers. He holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Duke University, bringing a strong academic foundation to his legal practice.

Throughout his tenure, Kirk has played a pivotal role in numerous significant cases at both state and federal levels. His expertise in representing property owners in mechanic’s lien and contract actions, as well as advocating for clients in matters involving Florida’s Sunshine Law and will contests, underscores his deep understanding of the judicial system and his ability to navigate complex litigation effectively.

As a Senior Associate, Kirk will continue to lead case preparations, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to the critical decision-making processes that define our litigation portfolio. His leadership and depth of legal knowledge have positioned him as a trusted advisor to our clients and a formidable advocate in the courtroom.

Outside of his professional achievements, Kirk is known for his active lifestyle and his passion for tennis and chess.
