Conrad & Scherer: A Team Approach

When a case comes in for us to evaluate, and do our due diligence on the case. That means whether we would accept it or not, we try to work as hard as we can before we are retained to determine whether or not it’s a case that can succeed. And whether it’s a case that’s within our area of expertise. And we then begin our assembling our team, based on our experience. The experience of our lawyers at Conrad and Scherer have been around for a long time. And so we have lawyers that have had more experience with a certain kind of a case and we assembled the team, the team approach with the client, we spend a lot of time with the client initially, to understand the problem and the issues because these cases that Conrad and Scherer have are large, complex, and it takes a team to try a big jury case, particularly a case that involves fraud and missing dealings of people on the other side.
