Conrad & Scherer: Legal Philosophy

Conrad Scherer’s philosophy is to outwork the competition. No one can outwork us, we work as hard as we can work, and it has paid dividends. We’re known for how we don’t leave any stone unturned, yet we litigate with civility.

We try our cases, to the full measure. And probably something we do that a lot of firms don’t do is that we do mock trials. Sometimes as many as five or six on a particular case over time and we do them early and we do them often to help us formulate how a jury would look at the case because most of our cases are jury cases. So I think our claim to fame Conrad and Scherer’s claim to fame is knowing how to try big jury cases.
