David F. Garcés is an Ecuadorian attorney based in Conrad & Scherer’s Quito office, where he advises both U.S. and Latin American clients on a range of international legal matters. His practice encompasses negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border litigation, family law, and real estate transactions. Garcés brings extensive experience in corporate law, real estate, e-commerce, probate, and international law, regularly guiding clients through complex family law, probate, and real estate issues within Ecuador and in cross-border contexts. He is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Cybersecurity and Digital Transformation at Universitat de Barcelona. He also serves on the boards of a cybersecurity consultancy and a data enrichment and strategic marketing firm in Quito.
