Janine McGuire

Janine McGuire is a Partner at Conrad & Scherer, bringing extensive experience in commercial litigation, trust and probate litigation, and appellate practice. She earned her Juris Doctor from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in 1995 and her Bachelor of Arts from Providence College in 1992, graduating cum laude.

She was part of the legal team that secured a historic $1.1+ billion jury verdict against Wells Fargo in 2025, the largest in Florida’s history against a solvent bank or public company.
