David L. Gunion, Jr.

David Gunion is a respected Associate Attorney in our Fort Lauderdale office. Graduating with a Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad School of Law, David’s legal expertise is backed by a strong academic foundation and practical experience.

He takes pride in his role alongside a nationwide litigation team advancing claims on behalf of Florida hospitals against opioid manufacturers, distributors, and pharmacies in response to the opioid addiction epidemic. This litigation has allowed David to showcase his skill in navigating complex legal issues.

David is committed to giving back to the community outside his professional pursuits. He is actively involved with The Pantry of Broward, a non-profit that serves senior citizens in the Broward County region. The organization delivers nutritional food packages to its clients and extends its support in helping them apply for affordable housing. David’s involvement exemplifies his dedication to uplifting and supporting those in need in his community.

David enjoys playing cards with his family (especially Canasta) and listening to podcasts in his free time.
