TerryAnn S. Howell is a Senior Associate Attorney at Conrad & Scherer’s Fort Lauderdale office, where she focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and civil disputes. A seasoned litigator with more than a decade of experience, TerryAnn has built her career around advocacy, service, and the belief that strong legal representation can be a powerful vehicle for change.

TerryAnn represents businesses and individuals in litigation, compliance, and transactional matters. Her experience includes complex commercial litigation, securities litigation, employment litigation, civil advocacy, administrative proceedings, and trial work. She brings a strategic and practical approach to each matter, helping clients navigate disputes with clear guidance, careful preparation, and a strong understanding of both the legal issues and the real-world stakes involved.

Her path as a litigator has been shaped by extensive courtroom experience and public service. TerryAnn has advocated for clients in criminal, civil, and administrative matters, giving her a broad perspective on how disputes unfold and what it takes to move a case forward effectively. She understands how to develop case themes, evaluate evidence, prepare witnesses, and present arguments in high-pressure settings.

In addition to her litigation practice, TerryAnn has served in a quasi-judicial capacity presiding over civil traffic hearings, evaluating testimony and evidence, and managing a high-volume docket. She also helps train future attorneys in trial advocacy, coaching law students on case theory, witness preparation, and courtroom presentation.

TerryAnn is also deeply committed to community service and access to education. She founded Grow, Glow, Giveback Corporation to help low-income individuals overcome barriers to education and established the TerryAnn Howell Book Award, a selective award for academically qualified students who demonstrate financial need and a commitment to service.

Outside of her legal practice, TerryAnn enjoys skydiving, paintball, CrossFit, traveling, going to the beach, and spending time with friends and family.
