Averie R. Bischoff

Averie R. Bischoff is an Associate Attorney at Conrad & Scherer whose practice focuses on commercial litigation and complex civil matters. Her experience includes disputes involving corporations, healthcare organizations, secured transactions, bankruptcy issues, and complex partnership matters.

Prior to joining Conrad & Scherer, Averie served as a law clerk with a Miami law firm, where she assisted with commercial litigation matters on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants. Her work included drafting motions and pleadings, supporting discovery and subpoena efforts, attending depositions and court hearings, and participating in client strategy meetings. She also gained corporate and general counsel experience involving governance, regulatory compliance, HIPAA matters, vendor agreements, and internal legal research and analysis.

Averie also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Judge Levenson in the Circuit Civil Division of Florida’s Seventeenth Judicial Circuit. In that role, she researched matters before the Court, drafted legal memoranda, and observed motion calendars, special set hearings, and trials, gaining firsthand experience with Florida civil procedure and the judicial process.

Averie earned her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law, graduating cum laude. While in law school, she served as a Senior Associate of the Journal of International and Comparative Law and President of the Jewish Law Student Association. She also earned first place in the Transactional Health Law Competition at Loyola University Chicago School of Law.
